Cancellation policy

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is not currently in stock and will be manufactured specifically for this production run. Full payment is due at checkout to secure your order.

You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the pre-order window closes. Once the pre-order window has expired, your order is final, production quantities are confirmed, and your order cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided on the product page and are subject to change due to manufacturing, supplier, or carrier delays. Please refer to our Returns Policy for additional information regarding defective products.
